Acts 7:51-60, Acts 8:1-17

I. Must you forever resist the Holy Spirit?

1. Do not lie to the Holy Spirit
2. Do not blaspheme the Holy Spirit
3. Do not bring sorrow to the Holy Spirit
4. Do not stifle the Holy Spirit
5. Don’t forbid speaking in tongues

II. Great Wave of Persecution

1. Sweeping through the Church of Jerusalem
2. All the believers, except the Apostles
3. Saul was leading it
4. But the believers who were scattered
5. Philip
6. Peter and John, baptism in Holy Spirit
7. They received the Holy Spirit
